About Nisha Pawar

Nisha Pawar founded Commerce with Nisha around a single idea: Commerce deserves the same specialist, mentor-led attention that Science subjects usually get. Over a decade of teaching CBSE Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies, she has built a repeatable method for turning a new Class 11 student into a confident Class 12 Board candidate.

“Commerce isn't hard — it's just rarely taught with the same rigor as Physics or Maths. Give a student the same structured practice, and the results follow.”

Subjects I Teach

Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies for CBSE Class 11 and 12 — taught as one connected system rather than three separate subjects, since board-answer strategy and exam discipline carry across all three.

The Nisha Commerce Method

Concept Clarity

Every topic explained from first principles before formats or shortcuts.

Guided Practice

Illustrations solved step-by-step before independent practice.

Regular Assessment

Weekly tests that surface gaps early.

Personal Mentorship

Direct, ongoing access to a mentor who tracks each student's progress.

How the Method Plays Out Over a Year

1

First assessment

Every student starts with a diagnostic — not a fixed syllabus start date — so teaching begins from where they actually are.

2

Concept-building phase

New chapters taught from first principles, with guided illustrations before any independent practice.

3

Testing cycle begins

Weekly tests start once a critical mass of chapters is covered, each followed by a specific correction plan.

4

Board-readiness phase

Full mock papers, timed answer writing, and a final revision plan built around each student's remaining weak areas.

Student Results

Students taught under this method have scored 100/100 in Accountancy and Economics. See full results.

Teaching Philosophy

Commerce is learnable by every student with the right sequence: concept, practice, feedback, correction, repetition. Nothing here relies on natural aptitude alone.
